Water Rates
Effective July 1, 2025, by Ordinance Number 8-2024 (PDF) as approved by the Common Council of the City of Valparaiso.
Collection & Deferred Payment Charge
All bills for water service not paid within 15 days from the due date, as stated in your bill, shall be subject to the collection of deferred payment charge of 10% on the first $3, and 3% on the excess over $3.
Temporary Users
Water furnished to temporary users, such as contractors, etc., shall be charged on the basis of the metered gallon rates herein before set forth as estimated and converted to cubic feet.
